Data deletion request for Tapestri
If you want your cloud-synced Tapestri data removed, follow the steps below.
What to include in your request
- Email subject: "Tapestri Data Deletion Request"
- Account email or identifier used in the app
- Country/region (for legal handling requirements)
- Optional: reason for deletion (not required)
What will be deleted
- Cloud-stored journal entries and related metadata
- Cloud chapter and structure records
- Associated authentication account data where applicable
What may remain
- Billing records retained by Google Play under legal obligations
- Minimal security and legal compliance logs where required by law
- Local device data until you uninstall the app or clear app storage
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless legal requirements justify a different timeline.
